Message received from Valerio Sbordoni, organizer of Biology of Butterflies
Conference 2007. Please let me have any comments very soon. I'll be
contacting the other symposium organizers to reduce overlap.

All the best, Jim Mallet

5th International Conference on the Biology of Butterflies
The Secretariat

Rome, July 19th 2006

Dear Symposium Organizer,

after some initial problems with the date, the organization of the biology
of butterflies conference seems to proceed successfully.

Thank you very much indeed for contributing with your proposal to the
symposia organization.

Now that the call for symposia is closed, I wish to inform you that we have
received nine proposals as listed below in order of arrival.

All these interesting draft proposals would be well worth to be accepted
and included in the conference program. However we need to improve the
programme by refining the organization of Symposia.

In order to do this, I would ask for your cooperation to manage any
overlapping issue (e.g.: it seems that Symposia 2 and 4 overlap to some
extent) or recurring speakers (highlighted in red).

A proposed final version of your symposium, including time scheduling of
speakers, should be provided within the deadline of September 15th.

I thank you for your attention and wish you a happy butterfly season!

Best regards.

Valerio Sbordoni
