This list is devoted to research by the international consortium of biologists working on butterflies in the nymphalid subfamilies Heliconiinae and Ithomiinae. The main topics covered will be evolution, ecology, behaviour, genetics, systematics, and genomics. A particular interest at present is in Heliconius genomics as applied to the evo-devo of colour pattern switch genes.
