There are three different individual fellowships available. A very brief summary of each scheme is listed below, along with a link to each calls specific webpage. Further details can be found by downloading the Work Plan (same for all Marie Curie grants) and Guide for Applicants (specific to each Marie Curie scheme), and page 8 of the respective Guide for Applicants provides an overview of each scheme. If anyone is interested in applying to these schemes, please contact me.

FP7-PEOPLE-2010-IEF <http://cordis.europa.eu/fp7/dc/index.cfm?fuseaction=UserSite.PeopleDetailsCallPage&call_id=244> - Marie Curie Intra-European Fellowships for Career Development (IEF)

This scheme is primarily designed to give experienced researchers (at least 4 years full-time equivalent research experience counted from the time of obtaining an undergraduate degree, and already holding a PhD) the opportunity to progress in their career by allowing them to from an institution in one 'Member State' or 'Associate Country' to a different 'Member State' or 'Associate Country'.

FP7-PEOPLE-2010-IIF <http://cordis.europa.eu/fp7/dc/index.cfm?fuseaction=UserSite.PeopleDetailsCallPage&call_id=242> - Marie Curie International Incoming Fellowships (IIF)

This scheme is designed to attract top-class researchers from 'Third Countries' (i.e. not a 'Member State' or 'Associated Country'). A list of 'Third Countries' can be found starting on page 12 of the IIF Guide for Applicants, which can be downloaded by following the link above.

FP7-PEOPLE-2010-IOF <http://cordis.europa.eu/fp7/dc/index.cfm?fuseaction=UserSite.PeopleDetailsCallPage&call_id=243> - Marie Curie International Outgoing Fellowships for Career Development (IOF)

This scheme is to allow researchers from 'Member States' and 'Associated Countries' to attend a partner institution in a 'Third Country' for 12-14 months to acquire new skills and forge collaborations, and then bring them back to their host institution in a 'Member State' or 'Associated Country' for a mandatory 12 months, to allow for knowledge transfer.

These schemes are an excellent way to recruit talented post-docs from around the world, or to send a current post-doc out to learn a useful new skill(s), which they can then bring back to the group. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact me.
